Painting the back faces of the hubs is fine and dandy but not sure about the front. You need a good flat and true mating surface for the brakes (and wheels) there. You'll probably need to scrape it off round the spigot before the discs will go on, at very least.

What I did have to do mate is clean all the paint and I polish it up cos the bearings run on the shaft I want it all to run smoothly. I have marked it in the picture where I have clean it up. The reason for doing that is, the bearing and hub has to be pressed on that shaft.
I like and prefer it to your existing one yea. But you seem to like something different from the norm and that's just a normal STi spoiler
Your right I do like to be different, and I do like the one thats on the car now. I just think the way the STi spoiler bulges out the sides fits in with the wide arches. The other problem I can see would be, fitment how is it going to fit on a seibon boot.
I don't think they would no, I don't even think the company that supplys the spoilers would'd no. I reckon that the base of the spoiler was taking from a standed boot so I would think, that it fits a standed boot nicely, but you never no with aftermarket products. The only way to see the fitment would be to go to the company and try it for size.
I bought some areo catch bonnet pins a couple of weeks ago. Tomorrow i'm going to try and fit them, I'm not looking forward to doing this, because I don't want to cut a hole in my carbon bonnet. I'l only get one go at this, if I get it wrong then its my carbon bonnet in the bin. If any one has any tips I would be greatfull. LOL
Ok what I have done in the last couple of hours is just fit the pins. That wasn't to hard I just used the holes were the rubber stops go. On doing that I think it will make it easyer to line it all up. I'll finish the rest of tomorrow.
