Ok this is how I done it.
Step 1
Put some masking tape onto the bonnet and mark out where the pin should come out.
Step 2
Drill a hole for the pin,
hoping they match up.
Step 3
Hear it come's, cutting out the holes in the bonnet. It was ok once I got started, and it came out ok.
Step 4
The finish job all bolted into place, not to do the bolts up to tight don't want to crack the carbon.
It wasn't a bad job to do I was sh**ing myself to start with but it was ok. I'm going to buy some more to put on the boot, but that for another day.

Had a parcel from RCM today, my new seals and pistons and some brake pads. For the brake claipers, it's all coming together now. Hopefully in the next couple of day i'll get the bearing pressed into the hubs and rebuild the brakes.

Can't fit the sump plug to I do my next oil change, I have fitted the wheel nuts tonight thou.
Before
After
The wheel nuts are half the weight of the standed one's I was shock I could'd belive it.

Ok I took of the rad brackets and they looked sh** so I clean them up first and painted them black.
Then I fitted the cooling panel with some nice S/S M6 bolts X2 and 1 S/S M6 nut.
I also fitted the battery clamp, only a 5min job.

Today I got the hubs bolted onto the wishbones.
Hopfully this week I'll get my brakes built up as I have all the parts now. Accept the discs which I'm waiting for from CDF.
Present from RCM new seals, pistons and brake pads.

I got the brake claipers built today.
Seals in and the pistons pushed in.
And the claipers bolted togther.
My advice to anyone that is thinking about rebuilding there claiper is do it youself it's easy, don't pay someone else to it for you. Trust Me, just try it.

I went to CDF Racing yesterday to pick up my new disc.
cdf racing
What an amazing he job done on the bells they look really good, I got in contact with chris a couple of week ago because I wanted some nice 2 piece disc for the alcon's. And he said "yeah I can do them, give me a couple of week and I'll get them done for you". So I waited and 2 weeks later he rang and said they are done. So I went over the water and pick them up.
Some pics
While I was there I got some whiteline alloy drop links
I'm not sure if they are the right ones thou. Because I have change my wishbones from steel to alloy ones. (Chris My fault I did'd tell you I have changed to alloy) If you could find out if they are right or not that would be good. Or if anyone else no's if there right or not to let me no cheers.
Once again thanks Chris. Your a top bloke.

Its all coming together today, I received the anti-rolls bars and new bushes today from RCM.
And got the calipers bolted onto the hubs.
I then went to fit the disc, but they were hiting the dust covers on the back.
I was like oh on what to do. Well I removed it and the disc went on fine.
All I need to now is fit the Anti-roll bars, i'll do that tomorrow. If I get time and my works floor is clear at the weekend it'll be time to bolt it all up.
