Ok this is how I done it.

Step 3
Hear it come's, cutting out the holes in the bonnet. It was ok once I got started, and it came out ok.

Yes mate it was twitching especially when I drilled the frist hole, after I had done one it other wasn't to bad. When I do the one's on the boot, when I buy them I won't worry about doing them it easy.

Had a parcel from RCM today, my new seals and pistons and some brake pads. For the brake claipers, it's all coming together now. Hopefully in the next couple of day i'll get the bearing pressed into the hubs and rebuild the brakes.

I managed today to get the bearing pressed in to the hub, by using a fly press. I also built the hubs up to. What an easy job, I like doing job like that.

My advice to anyone that is thinking about rebuilding there claiper is do it youself it's easy, don't pay someone else to it for you. Trust Me, just try it.

I went to CDF Racing yesterday to pick up my new disc.
cdf racing
What an amazing he job done on the bells they look really good, I got in contact with chris a couple of week ago because I wanted some nice 2 piece disc for the alcon's. And he said "yeah I can do them, give me a couple of week and I'll get them done for you". So I waited and 2 weeks later he rang and said they are done. So I went over the water and pick them up.
Some pics

Once again thanks Chris. Your a top bloke.

perhaps you can get away having non-adjustable links if you aren't running the roll centre adjustment kit...
