I bought these Alcon/Prodrive brakes second hand the idea is to stip them down give them a good old clean up, coat of paint and new seals, pistons. New pad and disc to. Would like to here back on what pads and disc people recommend. It's not going to be used as a track car just a fast road car.

I got it from Mad Motors here is a link.
.Universal Spoilers. :: MAD MOTORS - YOUR ONE-STOP MODIFYING SHOP
It is the SPL tuning one. And no it's not a direct replacement, you have to drill the holes to fit it.

Pagid blue for the brakes IMHO
Discs- if just a road car, then the oem one pieces are alright although you'll need to paint the bell as it rusts like boogery
I have two pieces rotors and the same calipers - Ian Godney (posts on here) produces a two piece kit and is cheap. I had a set of bells made and used Performance Friction rotors although AP can also be used as the fittings are the same. So far very pleased with the PF/pagid combination

The idea for this weekend was to strip down both calipers. It was'nt as hard as I thought. It was only 6 allen key bolts. This is what they did look like.
This is them all strip down, I'll clean them up next weekend.

This weekend I got both claipers stiped down ready for painting, the prodrive writing looks like its going to be a bit of a pain but never mind. Also be in contact with Alcon regarding the seals and pistons. They want £27 per piston and £45 per claiper. WTF I need them so i'm going to have to pay for them. And theres a 5 week waiting list.

Got the claipers all painted up this weekend with VHT paint.
I think they look quite good, The prodrive lettering I had to do by hand that was quite hard to do. Very fiddly.

I'v had one of my old bumpers laying around at work for ages. And the other day I was looking at it and I thought I could do something with it, I was't sure what but I was sure there was something I could do. So I started looking at the car mags for some ideas. I came across the norris desgin evo, I looked at it and looked at the bumper and I throught yeah I can do it. I don't no how well it will come out I might start it and think I'm wasting my time. But I will give it a go.
Pictures of the Norris Design Evo
Pictures of the smash up bumper.
It's well dusting and dirty but here goes.
