hiya mate, inlet hose is from Harvey Smith and its bloody solid - theyre half the price of samco ones mate - if you go for one tell him i sent ya. I think with samco, your paying for a label basically

mainly been polishing stuff today and fixing the bmw, just buying lotto tickets then im going for a blast in a new focus rs, see what 300bhp feels like

need some more bits + a turbo now

N/P mate

Right

AndyH has suggested i put it on the road, with just a turbo now and rather then blow it up running more power then a uk box + engine will hold so like a 16 or 18g td05, save for a forged engine with a big blower and go for over 400 + be used to the character of the car. Maybe forge an ej22/ej20 sti lump or spec a 2.1 build from enginetuner ?

So could find a cheap apexi pfc for mapping, a second hand blower and have it mapped + OTR painted, getting used to about 300-320bhp....

I destroyed my UK bottom end with an 18g...and your gearbox will probably go sooner; I broke two UK boxes on a TD04.

won't make any difference imo...just get it mapped correctly and change gear at the right time and it shouldn't be an issue

Having fitted both a FMIC and a Ported TD04 for a lad in Hull a few years back, i can tell you it was a very nice responsive car.

Jon, Steven is well worth listening to...as well as the owning building the most powerfully wagon in the UK (assuming Morbs hasn't over taken you now Steven )...he is one of the stalwarts on 22b.com and knows his stuff.

He's got a tad to go before he passes me on the power front, but he has beaten my 1/4 times due to the huge weight advantage he had.

No fire this time matey, unlike silverstone!

But in the final going over padock the oil pressure light came on the stack dash and he switch the car off straight away to be safe. but put in a good time and enough to get a 3rd place and another spot on the podium

Had a quick look yesterday and the oil pump let go, turbo is fine but not had the engine open yet to see if there was any damage!

Will let you know the outcome, sorry didn't have longer to chat matey
