Will update with pics once roof-liner is trimmed il also take them pics you wanted of the fuel line adaptor thingys into the bay.

im running out of things to do its nearly 'done' ready for paint + an mot + mapping...squite a scary thought. iv not driven it for over 2 years and its a completely different car and pretty worthless as il never see my cash back.

f**k it, who am i kidding, its the most awesome car iv built to date lets blow it up av a stroker conversion in there possibly even a contender for next years sprint?

ooo rotated turbo's, inlet manifold, ceramic coating everywhere, mint tidy bay all painted royal silver..or should i go ford focus rs green?

lol don't...scope creep is far too easy a route to get sucked down; I'm going to redo my whole fuel system for no good reason other than I liked your bulkhead fittings

will eventually go down that route, but until I have a blower with larger gonads I'll stick to the OE fuel tank...plenty to be getting on with anyway

Alrite mate, great thread.

You don't happen to know the part number for the fittings you got from Steven?

And what pressure they are rated at? The only one's i can find from Goodridge have a pressure rating of 25psi!

cheers, Dave

The fittings have been used at 4bar static, so right up to 6.3bar, and never had an issue.

Parts were from Earls, cant remember part numbers, just ring earls themselves, and ask for a -6 to 8mm hardliner adaptor.

just double check everything before firing...crank sensor off first to make sure you have fuel pressure and it should be gravy

Looking good Jon.

What have you trimmed your headlining with? Looks great..

BTW, personally I am not a fan of using that blue silicone pipe for boost related stuff.
I don't trust it.

Good luck starting her up.

Neil, the headliners trimmed in really thin suede material like alcantara but roughly a third of the price of it!

I think the vacuum hosing will be fine, used all the correct size so its all a very tight fit.

Re-did the AVCR lines last night as it was wrong, its now all correctly done with all 3 ports in use. Purchase of a nice clutch this week i feel. Also waiting for viper performance to get back to me regarding a coupla bits.
