I thought heat was not an issue on rollers! You had yours back from Zen yet?
Yes, Its back and it made 4bhp more than before it went in The ECU pulled 4 degree's timing on the day of the tweak. I never saw a graph so I don't know what torque it made but I can tell you that its a totally different car It was 30degrees on the day of mapping plus the heat in pauls garage. It now pulls 2.2bar lowdown, 2bar midrange and 1.9bar to the redline. I say about the rollers on a colder day as I'm curious what was lost with those 4 degrees timing I now need new suspension as the tweak has shown me how terrible mine now is!

I believe Banny has silver plated inconel rings fitted similar to the Wills rings RCMS use. Do you have any pictures of the rings and how much does Chy charge for fitting them?.
The engine is running both Steven, o-rings and head gaskets if that makes sense. The block has also been modified to increase the clamping force on the heads and to stop them lifting.
