Project P1 600bhp +
Simon JGM said the car feels alot quicker on the road than what it makes on the rollers
They are good times ! & good driving
I am looking forward to seeing the Bhp of mine because it feels a huge amount yet we know it's not much over 500 at the mo.
Equal Bhp in different cars are a big issue I reckon, they seem totally different.
When mine was running at 400 every passenger thought it was mad, now they just don't get back in it

If your car is 500+, it should get in the 10's imo.
Tracktive said to me today that mine should get in the 10's.... I don't think it would, especially with a *** like me behind the wheel!
That's really good. SleeperSy's best is 1.3 and he is running 600 lb ft.
I done an 11.131 with a 1.5 in his and that felt quick. I reckon he will be in the low 10's sometime this year with the new trans and bits.
Was gonna suggest you spent time in yours and got used to that power and achieved what that was capable of first, prior to wanking a load of cash on more power.

Totally agree with you. It does need some getting use to.
I was speaking with Matt yesterday and he said that manually fast launching with big power & a triple plate is really difficult with zero boost.
I need NOS or L.Control to up the boost on launch.
LC is the answer and that's whats being activated in a few weeks.
He is just finishing Rosie B's car first.

Not great pic, but car is nearly completed and will have proper pics taken then. Ill try and get a spec list of some description as well, car is around 500bhp/500lb/ft and has ran 1/4 of 10.99.
Hope you like it!

Nice looking car there Paul. Jeez didn't realise you were running at 500. lubly huh?
Would like to see your spec mate.
There is definitely something about the drive of a P1 that is totally different to any other Scoob isn't there.
When I first got mine it was virtually standard. Had a few mods and was running an estimated 310Bhp, but what a car to drive!. I could not believe the level of grip and grunt. Now I have had the chance to enhance all aspects of the car it's just blokes bliss.
I took the owner of a Ferrari 360 out for a drive today
and his words were "totally different league". He was genuinely shocked & now has much respect for Impreza's
I have driven several Scoobies now both new age & classic but the P1 is definitely different than all others I have driven.
The Type R was the nearest to a P1 although I did not get a chance to give it some.
Look forward to seeing your list Paul.

At least that is an option with mine...... not sure how fast yours would be even with Seb Loeb behind the wheel, whilst it is on axle stands!
Your's is the only Scoob I know where the economy is measured in Miles Per Year, instead of Miles Per Gallon.
