The Pikes Peak '405 T16' was a 205 T16. It was fitted with a 405-sort-of-look-a-like body to promote the new model. A semantic argument over what it was called is rather pointless, but whatever they called it: it was a long wheel base 205 T16.

troube was they were so heavy they really weren't any quicker then the 16v, and very, very expensive. supercharger could be tweaked though...
16Ltd rare as rocking horse poo, and pretty potent (~210bhp IIRC)

The supercharged Golf Rallye was only a Group A vehicle and very unsuccessful it was too! It only managed a solitary 3rd place in WRC (New Zealand 1990). The turbocharged Lancia Integrale 16v (6 wins), Toyota Celica (5 wins) and Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 (2 wins) had it licked that year.

Thats an ultra-rare Nova Irmscher Spider, fitted with the equally rare Irmscher Sprint bodykit. It has been further modified with a C20LET engine (from Cavalier/Calibra Turbo) tuned to over 300bhp and front-wheel drive. I happen to know the guy personally, and whilst it's not MY cup of tea (and I AM a nova super-geek) it is a well-put together car!
