i had a 10am appointment with andy forrest yesterday for the final map,
didt think i was ever going to get there through my sat nav not wanting to locate his post code ,untill some one tld me i had to set it for "SCOTLAND" ,
got there by 9.30 so had a couple of pasties ( breakfast lol ) on the harbour front, could have sat there all day weather was gorgeous.
andy turned up and quickly got things started.
while we were out mapping i used double the fuel it took my to get there .
the wagon pulls 1 bar @ 3k , and 1.5 bar @ 3350k all the way up to 7k.
in his opinion he thought it would make 400 .
the session was amazing on the later runs i just could not take my eyes off the road WOW .
the experience was not complete without some roadside DIY with some boost pipe and a Y piece pmsl.
andy was very helpfull, informative, friendly, and quite funny, well worth a visit in my opinion.cheers.

that's right i sort of blew the gear box up back in feb-march ( i think ),
all the £ i spent on it wasn't an issue but another 2k for a full 6speed set up .....well i just could do it .
so i had tried to sell it even before it went crunch but not a sausage !!!
so with the loan of a good friends lock-up i sold the fully forged engine first then everything else very very quickly.
i probably made double the amount £ that i could have sold it for thats if it ever sold .
got a new shape 3.2 pajero now ...i love it.
after 5 scoobys and 10,s of thousands later i would nou have another one,
i would go for an audi S4 bi-turbo.

Its running sweet mate thanks, running a vf35 at the moment which i was looking to replace with a 20g but to be honest the car just does not get the use to justify the expense. I may look at selling up soon as we've just had a baby girl and the car only really comes out every other weekend. You're right about the twin turbo s4 though, they are cracking motors, i sold a 440bhp before i bought the scoob, it was an absolute beast.
