Harold and Kumar go to White Castle/Get The Munchies (depends on which side of the pond you are as to the name of the film). Very funny film, especially Neil Patrick Harris' (Doogie Howser) part and also the ride on the Cheetah.
Talledega Nights, Blades of Glory and Anchorman are also rather amusing.
Bill & Ted, yeah, they are certainly stupid but funny.
