a bit fatter and a bit smaller, much nicer than the WRX version and you get to retain your airbag. Going rate is around £220 with all the airbag gubbins...I'm sure I can sort you out a Sqn discount though

a bit of an update, I started looking at how to mount my oil cooler in the wing and quickly realised it would be a lot easier with a smaller square cooler, so I managed to find a good sized second hand Setrab cooler for £24 deliver from e-bay I think the new location is going to require some longer hose so I'll have to make some up...yet more -AN fittings required

On that subject I now have a shiny new swirl pot (thanks Ellis),

and have an unused second hand Bosch 044 pump to power it...I just need to order my Fuellabs filter and then I can mock up some mount points to work out how many fittings and how much hose i need. Earl's are going to love me

FC now removed and boxed up for sale...this month is going to be expensive

More good new, Zak has started mocking up my engine to work out which gaskets to use so it's getting quite exciting now...2.4 goodness all the way. A few pics below for Lee of his newly arrived EJ257, less donuts and this one might last a bit longer :mate p

coolio man. im gonna be in a right engine dilemma soon to be fair. you start speccing a short block then wonder, what heads and how far do you mod them! and what turbo goes well with your engine recipe - all this and im not even at a stage where im ready for forged yet! lol

i keep lookin at enginetuners 2.1's and thinking i could just send me block off and have a 500hp 2.1 which will be solid. i think il have to keep mine dead simple, nothing too fancy to go wrong, but you know too well that scope creeps a bugger

I know how you feel, back when I broke the thing almost thirteen months ago I said it was going to be off the road for only six months...if I'd have stuck to my original plan of using a newage bottom end and sti 5\6 heads it would be running by now
