Ive not had a cigarette in over 48 hrs now

Its certainly tough even with the patches, i would say the hardest bit is deffinatley trying to break the routine when you have something like a cup of coffee as you usually have a cigarette with a brew and just after food as well. Sometimes you think about it now and then but other times having a cigarette is not even in your thoughts.

I will deffinatley do it this time after using the internet to look at pics of smoking related diseases and images of people in hospital on machines with pipes coming out of their body everywhere.

I quit after reading the Easyway book that a few others have referred to. This was after numerous tries with patches - where I smoked and wore patches at the same time!

Don't buy any cigarettes... best advice I can give you

I`d be lost without smoking my right hand at least 5 times a day, its a very addictive habit especially when its accompanied by a copy of razzle.

Stick with it-you are doing well. If you give in all that effort will be wasted.
