Defo Launch control.......... 1 BAR boost at 4500 rpm (standing still) then side step the clutch.....

Hold on and attempt 2nd gear......

60 comes soon after

to this date i have done approx 60/70 drag runs and never broken a gear box yet, 1.6xx 60 foot times IIRC (its been around 3 years since i did one)

i have done a few clutches in my time, i think the lower the ratio gear box, the better then chance of it staying in one piece

120k miles on my gearbox now as well

I'm sure some of the drivers thought they would be quicker, but most don't know what they are doing and can be easily undone by lesser cars

before you go mad run your car for 5-10mins get it warmed up.

Take off cover over clocks put finger on needle and go for it, 0-60 should take about 1 or 2 secs now you can go as fast as you like safely How quick is your finger

if you have dccd, make sure you have it rolled forward.
cos if its to the back, youl be looking for a rear driveshaft.
i no....lol
