Weight loss to date....
Sad as it sounds, but I know there are others trying all sorts of weight loss and fitness, so I just want to make sure people know, where there is a will there is a way. And this is certainly one way.
Also interested to hear from the others who are also trying various methods, keen to know how they are getting on

Support and motivation can be key to success for some, so I want anyone who is trying to get fitter to know, im right there for ya
Verbal kick up the ****, to words of encouragement.Having suffered poor health, there is one thing I have learnt, there is no price for fitness and health.
So if you are trying to shed a few pounds, or a whole load of them.....
Sod ya
Liking the idea though, can I be an advisor lol
Gonna start a new thread soon about the gym and my progress there too. As its not strictly weight loss, I thought I would annoy even MORE people with that too.
Its what you put in you that counts
And changing that mindset about what you eat too.
agree with the mindset thing, i dropped 3 stone since last june (Actually did it in approx 3 months) changed eating habits a bit, I actually eat more now (before I would skip breakfast and sometimes lunch so just have 1 meal a day late on)
Mindest changed and now regular exercise I want to drop another stone so I will be about 6ft2 and 15 stone (bought a decent multigym the other week so im putting that through its paces, its what garages are made for
)

Makes it all the more achievable for others eh.Feels great dont it?
My problem is putting weight on!
Estimate I've put on about 7 lbs over a year (lost a stone 1st) and have pretty good "definition", just I want to bulk up a bit more. I'm only 11 stone (5'8"ish) but its more or less ideal for BMI etc. However, I do concentrate on keeping fit and weights etc
All very confusing

Amazing aint it, that there are so many people on the opposite ends of the spectrum of where they want to be.
From experience, I have to say, when all is said and done, gaining muscle mass was the harder of the 2 things to do, physically. But losing the weight was harder mentally.
Happy to be back at the gym, and expecting the weight loss to end, or go into reverse some time soon. But taking it easy for now, as the arm is still a bit weak after surgery.
