No offence mate, but instead of eating food are you now just starting new threads when you feel peckish ?
I mean how many weight/diet threads have you started....couldn't it all just have been added to the first one?
PS.A serious congratulations on a great effort at shifting the 4 stone

Now lets get back to talking about mobile phones, ISP's and Northern Rock shall we
On a serious note though, just found it easier to make a simple point and update in one simple new post, rather than people having to trawl a thread. Suits some, not others.
But I have posted the info now so will sssssssssh. And keep it to one thread in future.

Good going there Snazy!
You might remember I said I felt inspired by your loss a couple of weeks back. At that point, I think I was 17st0, and now I'm 16st5 It's a lot slower than your speed obviously, but I can't do extreme stuff any more
I hope that I can break through the 100kg barrier sometime in the next four weeks (currently 103.8 - 16st5).

There are a couple of looser areas, but you dont look and say, eeew lol.
That was my worry, but in reality, its far from the case. Not like some of the stuff you see on tv anyway.
No saggy belly, no floppy ****, no bingo wings
REV, well done mate. Nice to see someone sticking at it, and it all working out. Im sure the last part will come just as easy. Just remember, when you hit the goal you are just starting to learn to manage your weight, dont slip
Henrik, im really happy that some of my waffling has brushed off on you mate, and thats a nice little result there, over the half a stone mark by a nice margin. Well done and thanks for the update. Im glad you found inspiration
Also well done for setting realistic goals too. No point trying to rush ahead, or aim too high. Reach 99.9 then see where you wanna go. Thats what I was doing too.
The one thing I would recommend for anyone on any diet (2 things actually)
Water, lots of it, and weigh yourself dry in the morning, after your morning toilet visit. Then you get a consistant measure. You would be shocked at how much a bit of water and food weighs.

Nice job snazy!
Are you back on actual food now? If so, how's that working out for you?
I'm well impressed with the extreme determination and mental strength you must have in order to have done what you've done. Top job.

Webby, I have just had a lovely chicken breast, god it was nice lol. Grilled on the George.
Ate all last week in the Caribbean, everything from fruit, to meats, fish, chips, rice..... oh and Pringles and M&M's lol
Came home 3lb lighter. Based on activity remaining good, and intake being moderate of the wrong sorts of foods, and high on fruits white meats and water
So its working out well.
I skip food from day to day, just eat if im actually hungry. Otherwise I remain on the foodpacks which are convinient and I have kept in good supply of
I feel like I am finding a real routine now, and even when totally off the program would be just as happy at using meal substitute drinks, and maybe 1 or 2(max) meals a day Feels normal now
Cheers for the congrats and encouragement
Sorry for the mass of threads lol, but glad it creating some interest and non political chat too

Its one of those things, some thread titles dont make you wanna look, others do. lol This way every knows something about it.
Another week or so and I should be almost at the 5 stone mark, while introducing my new permitted food groups. Week 2 is a little more exciting. 3-4 is where the real fun starts.

As per the last reply mate, the introduction of food is slow and I seriously have no interest in returning to my poor health and lazy lifestyle.
The last 2 months have been a lot more emotional that meets the eye, and I sure aint going back.
In 6 months time, I guess we can dig this thread up and see, will be interesting to tbh.
Personally though, I honestly think once under 200, I dont wanna be back there, and if I sneek over, I know what to do and how to do it.
Scoobychick, I reckon I have lost a few just posting all these threads lol

I worked my nuts off to lose 5 stone about 7 years ago now, and Its still off! Yeah I treat my self once in a while but other than that I am really careful about what I eat and how much exercise I take. It would have been so easy to just pile it back on again.

i've stepped mine up a bit by taking more excercise. Strength wise i've gone right up but i hate cardio and i mean i cannot stand it but this is what really kickstarts weight loss plus there are all sorts of health benefits i.e. lower blood pressure, cholesterol etc.
So i do a couple of brisk 20 minute walks a week and 4-5 miles a weekend, loving it getting out in the fresh air and stuff the weather come back tired but on cloud nine.
Well done to all the S-net chaps who have made effort this year

Davey, I guess its an entire well timed yet lucky lifestyle change.
With the Malamute about its hard NOT to go out and exercise, and with his pulling ability, if I let him pull, we walk at a good pace 2-3 times a day = 6-9 miles
That with the food attitude and I reckon I have it figured out.
I felt the craving for chicken and rice from the chinese the other night. Knowing my intake has been low, I decided after a few hours I would go with it.
Left half of it, but felt better for eating it.
The following day, back on the foodpacks
Well done at keeping the weight off too mate.
DCI, lol you know what I mean, a 34 yr old man, with bingo wings!!! Thats just wrong, so glad it didnt happen.
My mother actually just said to me, sometimes I appear to have too much energy now, buzzing about all over the place lol. So it notices
