I tried Xenical years ago when I needed to shift some weight and confirm it definitely works. One badly timed fart in public and you will do all you can to avoid fatty foods while you are on it.

AFAIK it's pretty safe and it all gets excreted out so doesn't affect anything else, but I think some people have reported various stomach upsets similar to irritable bowel syndrome but I had nothing.

ETA: The protein only diet is probably the fastest way to lose weight, cut all carbs totally for 2 weeks and just eat trim meat, vegetables, nuts, cheese etc. It's basically the Southbeach diet which is the healthy version of the Atkins.

i will be honest, i like being big, the only reason i`m getting rid of it, is because my old man died just before xmas of a heart attack and he was 50

figured it was best to get rid of it now, otherwise i might keel over in 20 years time

so i suppose its a good thing, but to be honest, i`m not that arsed, nor have i ever worried about my wieght or anything like that

Fair enough mate Honesty is the best policy.
Since my health scares I would rather be fitter and a little smaller these days.
Was not that bothered about it for years, but amazing how things change your views.

About 8 yrs ago i went on Orlistat for a period of 9 months and lost 5 stone..

Sharting is the only side effect, but its controllable. The bright orange oil you spray down the pan is a bit disconcerting at first, but becomes a point of humour after a while.

Sadly im now back in the same position as i was and could do with shifting the 5 stone again..

So back to the docs soon i think..I eat healthily, dont eat or drink to excess and have a physically demanding job..

Just think im a natural fatbody

The only person I knew who used slimming pills died of a heart attack as a consequence. I don't know what pills she was using though.

I am trying to reduce weight by eating less.

Damn, old thread.

While i shifted some decent bulk when doing the eph stuff, i just put it back on when i stopped LOL
In fact i ended up even bigger then before
At one point i got on the scales and it hit 21stone pmsl, something had to give, and i am not so sure it was going to be the scales

But.....

Recently after the recession really started battering my bank account, i decieded to stop drinking as it was an unnecessary cost that we could do without, i was sinking a few beers/ciders pretty much every single night, and it was fun but it had to stop.

2 stone lost, with no effort what so ever and still steadily dropping, much to the utter hate of the missus, she is constantly dieting, and pays for a pricey personal trainer at the gym.

I give up drinking in the house and it just falls off

So...... RECESSIONS MAKE YOU THINNER!!
Thanks to Gordon Brown for making me more BUFF

I am about 2 stone overweight, I fluctuate but seem to end up at the same weight, never go any higher as my clothes get uncomfortable and I stop eating crap until they are comfy again, when there is spare room, as nature abhors a vacuum I go and get a takeaway and some beers.

I eat what I want and still dont deviate much, I think the cycling to work 5 times a week and a few miles with the dog each day helps.

Still, would love to drop two stone once and for all !

Single Man diet, that works too. Involves finding your Mrs in bed with another guy, and suddenly you loose your hunger and the weight drops off you.

Working well with my brother :-) Been 2 weeks now and he's drop a stone. However, it does have side effects, mainly with your close family, and having to take / listen to endless phone calls about the ex-mrs and how your brother feels.

I used EHP+25, worked a treat. Lost 2 stones in 3 months, but I was training hard, jogging daily. Weight slowly returned though as I hadnt changed my eating habits popped my knee picking up a newspaper.

I lost 2 stone after I split with the ex, I ended up looking like one of those African famine victims.

Apart from ephredine i'd stay away from all the other drugs out there.
I know someone who overdosed on clenbeturol and nearly roasted himself to death

Well i have finally cracked it, it was mostly diet related, the problems with cramp and others things was my body getting a hammering from my job, anyway fed up a trawled through google and i eat very carefully, bananas, apples and low gi bread.

Basically i was getting massive cramp when working and it was even worse when dieting so now i eat everything that has good amounts of potassium and magnesium and on occasions calcium, i also take the usual vitamin and mineral tabs with other bits.

I dropped down to 93 kg using diet and exercise as the aches and pains went but it wasn't fast enough so i've started taking lipo 6 black, it's another fat burner but not designed to work like a stim based supp it takes several different approaches to combat fat.

1 week later i am now a lean 88kg and i love it, so much quicker on the bike now but remember folks they are not a replacement for a poor diet and lifestyle you still need that in place first the thing about fat burning supps, too many people have it the wrong way around.

The good thing about this fat burner is it also tweaks your thyroid and other hormones, it's a bit like a mini cycle of clen as it tries to maintain your muscle whilst on a calorie defect which of course is very important!!

I have also succeeded because my brother is getting married next month and i have a gorgeous suit im desperate to get back into, can now but i have every intent to keep going as i have absolutely no intentions of going back to the way i was.

Remember to make small changes and go from there, when i started i was 120kg!!

Nutrex Research Lipo 6 Black

The really odd thing is despite the weight loss i still feel big, go figure lol.

well actually the caterers we exonerated – but the health and safety executive took it very seriously and basically closed down the village in Cornwall where we got married

contacted a few guests and asked for stool samples etc (we were blissfully unaware in Kenya on honeymoon)

Turned out to be an airborne virus – we still have the letter confirming this (not the stool samples) in our wedding file.

and still quite a few people put in the top 2 weddings they have attended
