I've played the multiplayer demo. It only had the everyone vs everyone mode though. Too death matchy for me

I have no idea. Can your evaluation copy connect to the BarrysWorld RTCW servers - if so I guess the answer will be yes. Could you try, and let me know. I'll download the evaluation copy onto the server then for those havent got it. Also I presume the evaluation copy has limited maps so I'd have to work out how to edit the RTCW map rotation.

Looked at Ghost Recon as well, but it looks like you have to load the game to set-up a server. Current box cant do that (cos of the Server Grahpics Card) - The next one might though.

Think C/S with plenty of custom maps, UT for some spray and pray and RTCW for something new should be enough ? - We've only got a day

BTW I'm currently trialling trillian - as recommended by someone on here. Allow simultaneous connection to MSN and ICQ. For those that have attempted to use my ICQ b4 - I can now turn it on at home and work

Sorry guys, I was trying to be tactful in saying that...

I can't connect to most servers as I have a banned cd-key, although I do have a list of cracked servers that allow any CD keys.

Sorry - thought you meant the smaller pe-release download version. The server is configured as a LAN server so does not (I beleive) check or register with the master servers i.e. "set dedicated 1". Whether there is any CRC style checking of the CD key I dont know.

So I should be ok unless someone else has the same key as me. But as been as all of the rest of you are fine upstanding citizens with loads of money that shouldn't be a problem

Steve is blatently a cheat, he goes on about how everyone is a cheat just to throw us a curve ball of him being the biggest cheater in the whole entire counter strike community.

Bots currently installed on steves machine

ffs-wtf-nfw-bot - lets you type any of the these three letter phrases even before your dead

change-ping-bot - really steve has a ping of 20, he changes it to 200 so it can be used as an excuse

jump-through-walls-bot - Explains why he is always saying he got shot from behind a wall, he jumps through them when attacked and people sometimes catch him out

lag-bot - with one press of the key he can create severe lag so if he is in a sticky situation one flick of the key another excuse for death can be had

bbq-bot - bbq's a lot of meat to give a severe protein overload allowing him to play cs for days on end without sleep allowing much more practice than anyone else.

shout-cheat-bot - the lord of all cheats, currently used excessively to cover the fact that he is cheating himself.
