Just trying to put the views of both sides across......

As ESB will agree.... they are not Extreme or Mocom.

But Jamie doesn't charge half of what they do.

It's customer choice...

have to slightly disagree there bibo. have had an engine rebuild somewhere else before and there was a price differential between the 2 , but not substantial.

however what i do expect, no matter if i'm paying top pounds or not is decent customer service. Unfortunately this hasnt been the case with myself recently.

but hey ho, you live and learn, life is too short to hold grudges etc.

Hi Spally, Glad it's all sorted mate and I can only agree about holding grudges. We are looking forward to the noise of your scooby going down the road soon.

There is some truth there!!!!

Spally.... I totally agree with you about communication....

I might be wrong but I'm sure there is a price difference between Extreme and ESB?

right this thread is now starting to go off topic. So please can i quote the webmaster:

a) Include any factors which might sway opinion to be less sympathetic to you which you may have left out of your original post. (It will honestly come out in the end now this is a public issue).
b) Be sure to update everyone if the matter is resolved. All companies make mistakes from time to time, but if they sort it out to your satisfaction, that is to be respected just as much as getting everything right first time.

therefore i have no problems with people stating their experiences with ESB, good or bad, but let's not start comparing against other companies.

I have had experiences with other companies, and i have mentioned no names, other than ESB.

This thread was never started to compare one against the other and still isnt.
It was about the issue i had that needed a resolution.

bibo, have no problem with you or what you have posted, nor anyone else. I just wanted to keep the thread about the original problem.

cheers

ok right, just to keep in line with what i had been advised by the webmaster.

Have spoken with Jamie @ ESB and he could not have been any more helpful. He has told me to take the car in whenever i can get it there, should have been yestereday but i forgot!!!!, and the small issues that are still occuring he will get sorted.

So thanks Jamie.
