Nice car but you can get a lot of cars nowdays for not much money,
just my 2pence but if id been offered 800 for a car with no mot thats that age id grab it.

The most logical thing to do with that car is to break it.
There's no way your going to get what your after with no MOT.
Regardless of the badge, its worth only scrap value in the trade. Infact, you'd have to pay someone to collect it.
I would take it at the right money, and only if you were local to me.

Just change the water pump at get it MOT'd, will sell for much more. Must be cheap at a breakers.

if you was offered 800 y didnt u take it all sounds bit funny to me as others av said if it only needs a water pump y dnt u get one dun and a years mot then you will get wat u want for it get sumbody who is insured to drive other ppls cars to tke it for u

probably time and effort,i been there before with cars just cant be a***d gettin them fixed even tho it would be worth more in the end best to get what you can for it
