Advertised as basic price, then they add the price of the options such as spoiler. Then there is registration, tax etc. Delivery if its not at your chosen location etc...
In short, mine came to about 15.7 roughly.
All an alarm and tracker, oh and locking nuts lol.
Still a great saving and got to say loving the car.

Thats some of the costs, the colour I wanted was in Glasgow, so was charged £150 delivery lol, road tax £300, etc...
Gettin 200 miles to a tank at the mo. With the fuel light coming on at 10 litres. So the 200 miles is on 50 litres. Thats round town with an occasional heavy foot. Much more on a good run. Running Tesco 99.

I have to admit my wife had the discovery 3 4.4 V8 and it managed to make the STi look economical

Was gonna get Aqua Blue or Urban Grey, but ended up with black when availablility was poor.
Like I say it will be more on top of that. I would budget for £15k - £15,500 actual otr.
