Perry McCarthy was the first stig but IIRC he stopped after saying he was the stig in his book.

Ben Collins is the usual stig, but on occasion they get others in - eg The F1 Stig I believe was Heiki Kovaliingininiging (might have miss-spelled that) nad "Chubby" stig for the tractors.
