The WYIOC DVD for the 2005 season has gone down in to WYIOC folk lore as 'the DVD that never was'....

Red Man Deposit
Hi Dave
just sent you the deposit via Paypal.
So if I bring along the Drift Box do you want to set up a bit of friendly competition - it can be moved from car to car no problem.

Morning all, will someone take a WYIOC membership pack (or whatever) to this event and I'll bring some cash to join up.
Also, my mate has asked if he can come and drive his 340BHP MR2? Is this allowed or is it Scooby's only?
Cheers, MikeyB

Just a quick word. I was contacted by someone the other day expressing concern over the number of track cars now attending this event and how some driving these cars may show a little less concern for the safety of their relatively minor investment compared to the worth of some peoples 'pride & joy' Scoobs. I assured them that the old policy of 5 cars at a time with NO OVERTAKING will be enforced as strictly as ever, and anyone reported as driving in a remotely dangerous way can/will be asked to leave. If there is any justification to this concern on the day then we may separate the class's of vehicles into different time slots, but this would add a lot of work to what is supposed to be a fun day. I used a cheap motor last time and had an absolute hoot, but I would never have dreamed of putting anyone else or their vehicle in any danger, and out of respect to the venue and the club, we must all observe every safety guideline and always drive in a professional manner. Rest assured that this event will be a little more reserved than the last, with no quads, minimoto's, MX bikes or trucks on or near the track, and spectators restricted to the embankment apart from small groups of suitably equipped photographers being allowed into the infield. As much fun as the last one was, we simply cannot risk anyone getting hurt and so must show some reserve and respect this time if we are to continue being allowed to use the venue.
Apart from that, I hope everyone's looking forward to it.
