Not much to worry about he’ll probably have a heart attack before he reaches his 20’s.

You don't have an opinion either, your so called opinion is someone else's, borrowed from a magazine. The only opinion you do have is on a Volvo S40 but nobody wants to hear about that piece of ****e on wheels.

So then AL, how many LOTUS cars have you driven then?
How many AUDIs have you driven?
Answer - None
Answer - An Audi 80.
Pretty knowledgeable then **** face.
As for being discredited, you do that EVERY time you start another thread. Stupid and without a memory.
Trails has you sussed it seems.

A year on as much as I like the car it has knackered my knee from getting in and out as I have a small garage. The process of planting my right foot on the ground then swinging my body into the car started to hurt after doing it for 12months. You really need to be able to open that door all the way to get in without looking like a spider going down a plug hole.
At the moment I don't think I can be arsed to shell out a wad of cash on another car after it goes. I am thinking of buying something much much cheaper (maybe a Scoob P1, Type RA or an Evo 5) and investing the money I would of spent into my house.

I could sell my Elise and buy a Volvo S40 but I am not that retarded.

And I could get a elise but im not some public road warrior. I like driving safely, responsibly and comfortably. I still think they are great cars, but if you think a e-class is **** then your a ****.
We already know the elise isnt comfortable.

I don't get the impression he thinks the e-class is ****.
He, like the rest of us doesn't believe you own one....you've only mentioned before you have use of, like the tranny too.

Keep it up lads - Classic AL bashing.
Of course, just like BMW drivers think "having a BMW" means they're doing well (conveniently forgetting about 20 year old 316is worth about a quid), AL thinks having (or should that be having USE of) an E Class is classy.
I used to drive my bosses E320CDI -
I also used to drive another bosses C320CDI - Better but still
Oh and I found these "classy" E Classes....
Auto Trader UK - Used Car Search - Used Cars for sale online.
Gotta be loaded to run one of those...
Tobi - I seriously considered an Elise about a year ago and although I tested the 111R, the 111S struck me as being a better buy and needs less thrashing.
You got the best colour and alloys there too.

AudiLooser, everyone knows the Merc is your fathers! and that your plumbering apprenticeship doesn't allow you to afford anything better than a ****box S40! although it can supposidly beat a superbike You really do the German marque a disservice
