Write aletter to someone you haven't heard from in a while, Pick up a book to read, go through your 'puter and tidy up all the files, make a collage of your fav pics or bits of fabric, take look at a part of your area you've never ventured into before, clear out some cupboards, see if there's anything worth listing on ebay, Phone someone you didn't hear from at Crimbo, Jump on a bus, take a train, ask someone ill or old if you can do a bit of cleaning/shopping for them, write a short story, compose a poem, start a journal, plan a trip ( you don't necessarily have to take it but its good for the imagination to go through the motions ), buy in some puzzle books, go through your wardrobe and colour co ordinate it , chuck out anything you haven't worn in 6 months, Clean all your shoes, repair any tears in clothing, imagine you won 1 million; what would you spend it on?, try some breathing exercises, try a new recipe.
