I found one of these in the loft VGA Monitor Manual Switch Box, 2-port: $12.95 and it works perfectly
Got the audio stuff sorted out from Maplin. Just plugged it all in and now have a 360 with sound, a pc monitor and Freeview TV all running off one screen with no swapping of cables. Took me a while to sort it out but well happy with this setup now

Thanks for everyones help it IS appreciated

I got the rca phono to 3.5mm jack adapter in Maplins then you can plug the audio leads of the Xbox 360 vga cable into the audio socket on your monitor - they look like this (a couple of types to choose from)
2 Phono to 3.5mm Stereo Adaptor
2 Phono to 3.5mm Stereo Adaptor

Anybody connected their 360's into a 5.1 system and if so, is it that much better than using say, a 2.1 system via rca leads.
I'm considering one of the Logitech 5400,5450 or 5500 5.1 systems but I kind of hope there could be a price reduction in the near future!!

Hmmmm,I did my research one night on that model number, checked the Argos website and my local store had stock so collected it.Couldn't you have booked it for home delivery? (Or are you like me in that when you want something you want it NOW?
