They are CE marked mate.
Click on any one of their kits they are selling on Ebay. Scroll down the page to where you see 'German Design' in blue.
Underneath that in small white print is 'E4 and CE certification'

Hello,
I have been watching this for a while now and think I am going to buy two kits. One for the dip and one for main beams on a 55 plate sti.
I just have one or two questions before I do.
Has anybody else fitted two kits to a 55 model sti?
Is there room to fit four ballast units within the cable length of the bulb looms near the headlights? It looks like it will be difficult to me.
Steve

Fitted mine today.
Went for the more complicated location for the ballasts, but it works perfectly, and is nice and neat. Looks almost factory once everything is back in place.
The light output is amazing, thing I might have to adjust my headlights a bit though, on full the beam is a little high, tends to light up nearby trees quite well though
Very pleased with the quality, actually installing the kit was very easy, and all worked brilliantly first time. £135 well spent

I have secured a price of £119 (delivered to your door), for the Bi units. Exactly the same kit, different supplier. One year warranty.
Need to order 5 to get them at this price.
