Just need to know your bulb fitment and type.
Eg: MY99/00 Bi H4 bulb.

Is there a "rule of thumb" for picking a colout temp ?
4300 seems to be the brightest, but is there a reason to go for the 6000 ?

I'll be going for just the dipped on my 05 WRX as you'll get most benefit from this option IMHO..

Yes. Universal fit. Just need to find out what bulb type is in there at the moment and whether you want single or Bi.
