"Bricking yourself" is a bit too strong. I'd be lying if i said i wasn't apprehensive but at the end of the day, the only thing different about tomorrow from any other SMACS run is that I won't be staring at the **** end of another Scooby. Lets say I've not been losing any sleep over it!!

On the night I'm going to relax, because I know the route well enough (it's practically my back garden and playground) and I'm gonna go at my own pace up front (which i reckon should satisfy most people anyway).

Paul mate, i was the same a few weeks ago when we did 'The Chiefs' big run out - i was a little anxious to say the least, after the first couple of miles i was fine though.
