I'm up for the GB guys. I believe this is for the stage 3 upgrade.

With the stage 3 upgrade, is there a need to change the droplinks?

Now 8

Make sure you do the AST + all the Whiteline stuff + a good set of adjustable top mounts!
Hang on, it will go like this:

Oh yes!

Faster Rob is there, Andrew in the Legacy, that bloody EVO and a very fast Nissan and a few others.
The big Audi's are there too to spice it all up.

Will be a damp meeting i fear, but a great meeting.

The AST/T25 kit on my 05 WRX with rear droplinks running 225/40 18 T1-R's (8J superleggs) is superb. IMHO it isn't any harsher than the OEM setup on the softer damper settings.

I run 9f & 7r for everyday use, softening up for any long family trips..

Bought AST's via last GB and had ALK/F ARB & alignment added at same time. Already had R adj ARB and DL's.

Only thing I'd say (and this is probably more due to tyre choice than suspension setup) is than aquaplaning can be quite hairy..!

50/30nm iirc BTW

Hi, I'm also interested in joining a group buy.

Have a MY02 STI with creaky rear shocks! Already have Whiteline rear ARB and droplinks, so probabily just looking for shocks & springs.

Any ideas regarding fitment in Edinburgh ? Or should I be prepared for an "away" day ?

Mark

Away day!
Reason is you get Curtis or Andy to do the setting-up.

That's £200 off of the price qouted on the PS website (£1400 + VAT) so count me in!!

I also want PS to fit my AP kits the same time so that extra saving can go towards the cost of fitting those.

Would it not also be a good idea posting this in the GB section.....

Mikey, can you ask Andy how long this will run and if it will cover the sportline kits for classics mate?

Cheers,
Doug.

Has anyone used these on track?
I'm interested in an upgrade, spoke to lateral performance guy at the weekend (Silverstone) and he wasn't overly impressed with his AST's (pretty sure they are this type)
This maybe because he is running alot more power and needs a full race spec set-up?
Are they both ride height and damper adjustable?
