AST Suspension (as supplied by Powerstation)
I do swear by them, and the reasons are simple:
Good engineering, just see them in the flesh, no bling, no preety colours, just a solid job.
The 3 ways have a large dia 'piston' rod which keeps the strut straight during cornering/braking etc.
Wide range of options/springs/damping ranges that Powerstation THEMSELVES do in front of your eyes in their suspension room (not shed)
They work well, they work very well if you take the time to get them set-up to YOUR liking.
Powerstation can only give you a starting point for the application/'track'/driver.
Most of my hillclimb tracks are very similar so I've now found a common denominator and have left them there and have learnt to drive the car agian.
It is faster, so I have made much better use of the car and myself for the race. That is after all what matters (to me).
This clip is not to show off, the car is entering this bend at Shelsley Walsh this year at 92 mph, the twitch is me stamping on the brakes to tweek the car a bit for the left hander you can see, but the tight right you cant see is the 'killer' to get round.
Anyone who has run Shelsley will tell you about the 'top esse'.

See what I mean:
