I can give some facts in regard to this. Straight line stuff of course..
I used to own a sapphire cosworth tuned to 440 bhp (RWD) by M.A.Developments (7 yrs ago).
The R1 was slightly modified, exhaust, air intake etc..
We did a rolling run on an airfield from 40 plus.. He sat behind me upto 120 presumably letting off the throttle giving me a chance.. at 120 he went for it and *crept* passed me.
Basically bikes rule
unless you have rediculose HP!
