Same as "I looked down briefly to tune my radio and missed the sign." You only get one chance to see a 30, and if you miss it you're knackered. Cameras show no discretion.

 

Yes and I was responding to post number 12 - I hadn't got to post 16 by that point!

 

My initial question was that in this case discretion may be given cos it can be proven (heavy fog).

Valid argumens on this thread have proven to me that he has no chance and I now agree with those arguments.
