i just use my exercise bike, did 8 miles in just a touch over 20 mins before my hols, was fecked, was walking the next day like I had a jumbo carpet roll inbetween my legs

 

if you did that then you were doing 24mph, that is way to quick, its about how many mles you do not how quick you do it, no wonder your weight is up an down so much you dont excercise right

 

its only too quick if you cant sustain it. My heart was working at 140 ish beats per minute which is the right zone for optimum fat burning potential based on my age

football on itv hd isnt mega good due to a low bit rate during transmission. I personally have found the quality to be okay (720p)
