it does depend on your trainers as well, i have proper runners though which helped, its actually down to circulation and not stretching properly. you cant change your style that much to be honest pete, what you can do is get trainers to help with the way your foot lies.

im doing a project in jakes nursery next week, were clearing a load of the garden and tidyin it up, work do these sort of things all the time, they are good fun, i have planned it all, found out work are allowing me 7 people today, i only needed 5 so i should p1ss the work an also get some more done as well
