just been out for a sunday special curry
£8.95 for
poppadum and chutneys
starter (I had cocktail which was chicken tikka and lamb tikka)
Main (I had lamb tikka madras with pilau rice
)
side dish of sag aloo and garlic naan
washed down with a few pints of cobra

dont know whether to restart the fermentation by adding more sugar or start the bottling process

decided to syphon it off into 2 demijons, and top up with water, brewing sugar and more yeast, Should weaken it slightly
