house round ours has been up for months now with hardly any viewings. Was/is valued at 190k, however for a quick sale they are letting it go for what they paid £165k but still no takers. Its decorated okay as well.
Another neighbour hasnt even had any viewings on theirs, again going for the same price

day is going really slow today 
think I may play some computer games in a bit. Got a formula 1 game that runs very well on my laptop so may burn it to disc and bring it in and play on this piece of crud

Went to Cartmel races yesterday. Broke even on the money but the car got covered in dust.

I'm now a similar colour to a lobster cos we forgot the sun cream and I have pasty scottish skin.

No you will only make about 700k per deal as it will cost you about 800k for 50 tech (depending on your discounts)
