house round ours has been up for months now with hardly any viewings. Was/is valued at 190k, however for a quick sale they are letting it go for what they paid £165k but still no takers. Its decorated okay as well.

Another neighbour hasnt even had any viewings on theirs, again going for the same price

You've all been busy since Friday.

 

Went to Cartmel races yesterday. Broke even on the money but the car got covered in dust.

 

I'm now a similar colour to a lobster cos we forgot the sun cream and I have pasty scottish skin.

 

The STi manged to set off 3 alarms as we drove through the car park at Cartmel.

 

Not been on Amita for fooking ages.

 

Will try and get on it tonight or tomorrow.
