i,m top of the world today, the wife is out of hospital after a blood pressure scare for the last 3 days and liverpool had a fantastic result in spain

Got an appointment tommorrow with the estate agents to get a morgage offer (in writing) so i will either be over the moon, or gutted tommorrow, time will tell.
Main reason being that my friend already has a morgage so im a little apprehensive (that said the abby national said they would lend us the amount we wanted, but that wasnt set in stone).

My scoob loan was in my dads name too, so i dont have to rush to sell it either

we **** ourselves mate the midwife rushed her into hospital on monday and we didnt have a clue what was going on, the fingers swelling up was all part of it and luckily now that her blood pressure is back down her fingers are starting to go back to normal.

I know what you mean about the house hunting mate, everywhere we look we just see buliders and sold signs

Got another day of it tommorrow, then straight to work, so am hitting the hay soon.
Just hope we can get enough of a morgage to grab a bargain whilst theres still 1 or 2 knocking about
