I cant sleep - worried about my parrot shes not well Vets have kept her in for 2 nights they think its lead poisoning

I should of also got her insured as vets bills are already £150

Thanks chaps - just been to see her this morning as she still cant come home as she isnt eating on her own yet there feeding here with a tube - shes looking slightly better then she did but its damn quiet in the house the bill so far is almost £200 I should of took insurance out when we got her

Just rang vets this morning shes still not eating so another night in there

 

Hope the parrot is ok amigo. We have 7 animals in this house and only the rottweiler is insured. Hope this doesn't come out wrong but I bet if you did have insurance she'd never get ill. It's always the way.

Went to the driving range this afternoon. I was hitting well.

 

Dee had a go too. First time she's swung a club.

 

She's bloody good too.

 

By the end of the session she was hitting a 3 wood regularly between 125 and 150 yards.

 

I put it down to my excellent tuition.

 

Didn't Gav used to be semi-pro?

 

Maybe I should look into a new career!

 

Getting paid to teach people to play golf.

 

One of my brother's mates teaches at Mottram Hall Hotel. He couldn't keep any job down as he was always playing golf. Now he gets paid to play it.

 

My brother is a legend.

 

He spotted two Michelin Pilot's coming off a Mondeo that were the same size as my track/winter wheels.

 

They've only done about 6000 miles.

 

One of them had a puncture which was easily fixed but the guy wanted the pair of them replaced so ordered two new ones.

 

The garage gets them at £90 each trade!

Bit of a rip off when I got my 18" Goodyears for £75/corner.

 

On the same day he also found an Avon in the right size too.

 

All I've got to do is source one tyre and I've got 4 new (nearly) for the price of one.
