Ste you might laugh but i've been on a diet for 2 weeks now lost over 1/2 a stone.
Sister put it together she is s*** hot at this sort of thing.
put it this way she is 8 stone and her bloke has lost over 6 stone and kept it off.
i'm hardly suffering at all

Ok basically cut out all refined and processed foods.
No sugar, bread crap microwave meals, pizzas etc.
This is what i've been eating.
Breakfast, Branflakes with skimmed milk
10 am, banana
lunch, salad with tuna and pitta, banana
dinner, Soup or side alad then salmon, small baked potatoe loads of colly, broccoli veg etc, muller light
supper either more soup, or a wholemeal pitta with salad and tuna
with dinners i can have loads of stuff, had chicken balti but a low fat one bloody lovely and low in calories, also burgers and chips ha ha believe it or not.
Turkey mince burgers homemade, wholemeal pitta.
potato cut into wedges sprayed with fry light and chucked into the oven
I've missed my buttered toast and chocolate but i feel great and it has not been too bad.
i can even have a full english at weekend,
