I have to ask, cos the insurance co is asking if CB is coming? They know i get red mist, and he cant out-drive me, so they need to ask the risk value of the outing? Just wondering that's all

Run out Steff. IIRC Paul has already stated his intention of attending in your car, has he not told you

I'd guess we'll have meet-ups at The Brickworks (Drighlington), The Holmfield (Wakey) and maybe The Foxglove (Hudds), before heading down over Strines to the Snake.

I know it's Tuesday and Ice melts, but Sticky rang me this morning and a person called Dave rang 5 Live to say that Snake pass is closed due to sheet ice.

Do we need a plan B considering so many people are converging?

Dave - Was that you? The person didn't mention that the first left hand uphill 1st gear bend, moving to a rapid downhill 4th gear hairpin countered by the off camber sweeping left had some ice on it.. But then again, they could have edited that bit out..

 

Dont be such a wuss alan, it's us that have the crossing over the top to negotiate in sheet ice anyway, your coming along the easy way
