Rumours of this thread's demise have been over exaggerated. Thread is not dead...

Still waiting on Yoko head sales honcho to decide if he wants to do it and what the full implications are. Sorry for building up hopes by asking about the level of interest but I needed to gauge the potential market.

Promise I'll update more regularly.

OK Guys. I've got an agreement in principle, we just need to sort out the prices, logistics and payment methods.

Tyres will only be able to be sent to a business address i.e. not to your home, or I can get them sent to Bedford Autodrome (where I work) for collection.

Don't forget 195/50R15 for those of us with Pugs too I've had AVS's on both the front of the Pug and STi before and found them to be fine, having said that got F1's on everything at the moment as they were cheaper!

The tyres on offer in the deal once it is finalised will be Subaru staqndard sizes and conversion sizes as it has been sold to Yoko on the basis of supplying tyres for Subarus through an owners group.

If people want to get together and palce a group order to one address the I guess it would be OK. The plan is to include delivery in the price.

I know Yokos are not well used in Subaru circles but I've found them to be pretty good on my cars over the last 15 months or so.

The sizes I'm looking at are:

205/50-16
205/45-17
215/45-17
225/45-17

Please PM me if you are looking at different sizes to these, particularly the 18 inch conversion sizes out there. A condition of the deal will be that it is only for acknowledged Subaru sizes and conversion sizes.

I just got 4 Goodyear Eagle F1 GSd3s, 225/40/18s for £420 fitted, they should have another 15k in them and I do about 8k a year, so what's the liklihood of a price on these before I need new tyres?

Glad I sorted it myself - this group buy is w@nk
