Doh!!! NTL have decided that is the morning they will be putting cable into my house, and cannot say what time (other than between 8 and 12) they will be there.

Is this thing gong to be on all day, or just the morning? as I will be able to head over once they have finished (whenever that is).

 

All day by the look of the numbers. But how many turn up on the day is always another question....

Sorry, I won't be at AVA on Saturday - flat-spotted the front wheels on a monster pothole a couple of weeks ago and I'm still trying to get it sorted out.

Someone mentioned the other day (I think it was John Stewart) that AVA were looking for a standard scoob so that they could use it's figures for comparisons.

My one is such a vehicle, so if I can make it down I would be ok with being the object of everyone elses ridicule

my car was worse than standard.

it was running 7psi and putting out only 178 bhp .

so standard dosn't sound to bad to me now m8.

dougie, have you confirmed your car is back up to standard now, or is this its chance to prove itself?

sasim, my engine is std as well, admittedly was only recorded at &lt; 205bhp when run at Star back in October (I think, a while ago anyway)

On Saturday I'll just take a case of Octane booster with me, if it is still putting out less than standard I'll just pour it all in

 

Any dodgy smells from petrol tanks will be questioned under mods!

I have already been back up to star performance and the figures are.211bhp, 212 torque,so thats was it back to standard power figures.
