It appears that there's no stopping the Scoobysport roller-coaster, with yet another article about them in the new Banzai mag!
Nice piccis of Pete and Rob as well as some good backgoound info.
Interesting to hear that Prodrive consider SS their main competitor.
Nice one lads.
The magazine also features a nice blue Scoob from Crail belonging to the guy that owns the airfield up there, as well as an advert for......Zymol!!!!!
I seem to have missed issue 2 though, the one with the Donno photos in.
Can anyone confirm that they were in issue 2?
Cheers.

Stef.
PS Pete/Rob, any chance of a signed picci?

Amusing. The first issues of banzai and jap-performance-car were basically big adverts for PE...

Stef,
Why on Earth would you want a picture of 'God-like' Croney and myself?

Are you a regular in your pub darts team and need the extra practise?

Rob.

AHAHAAA!!!!!!!!!

Had a look on that petrolhead web page, and there it was as bold as brass, I saxo with a bonnet scoop!!!!!:-(

Is this getting more common????, do they know how studid it looks???, I was pass the other day by two honduh's with scoop's, and to add insult to injury a old box shaped toyota corolla with the scoop!!!,

I have an Impreza and I wouldn't put the bonnet scoop on cause it would look studid and it susposed to be on my car,

sorry, rant over,

Bye

Banzai edition 2 talks highly of Pete Croneys car focussing mainly on the suspension and stating he was lapping 2-3 secs quicker than everything else on the track.

Don't be upset by the bonnet scoops, I spoke with a VW owner recently, there is a company in Northampton making these by using mould of a scooby scoop and retro-fitting them to VWs, Astra's et all.
This guy has had his bumpers 'borrowed' from some toe rags. He aint best pleased ...

I was wondering about a plate like that the other day.

Rally cars have to be street legal to drive on public roads between stages and most of their front plates are in a similar position and smaller.

Does anyone know the legal angle in all this.
