And a 99 NA is a similar price as a 99/2000 SX

Cars aren't cheap for no reason? Mate, I'd have thought better of that from you So a sub 20k 400bhp M5 is crap coz its so cheap compared to its new price?

[quote=rexabusa]300zx (uk) twin turbo - manual
theres one up here , very rare. guy wants swap for muscle v8 american(tried swap for scooby)[/quote

hmmm, probably one of the most expensive cheap cars to maintain. Looked at one a few years back, was put of with the bill for changing the turbos (if one goes you have to change the other), engine out job apparently, and looking at close to 4k for parts and labour!! nice car, shame about costs

Not saying they are crap if cheap, but it could be for anything really. IMO a std 200SX and an M5 (both can be had cheap) are not particularly nice looking cars, so its the looks that cause the issues and maybe the lower price?

And..fairly sure you can get an MR2T on a 98/99 Rev 6 model???

Not slating the 200SX, as I said they are nice for the money, and especially if modded a bit looks wise (like yours), but I still prefer the looks of the MR

PMSL, its all irrelevant though, the thread is for cars up to £4k, so I would still go for the 2, especially if its required as a lady magnet (PC)

I agree the Nissan Silvia (s14) is powerful and fun but you have to be experienced with driving a raw rwd car, because otherwise it will throw itself and you to the wall.

you dont have to be experienced as such, you just have to be careful with the go pedal mid corner. this weather obviously doesn't help either.
