Tour of Flanders
Hello from Belgium,
the local police is looking for a red British car wit a lot off paint on it and the
car was followed last sunday by a grey muddy car (probably a scooby). The local cops are worried not for the speeding but for taking the mud with them back to GB.With all the desease the cops wouldn't like it that the English people export healthy mud to their country.
I no nothing.....so girls and guys.We hope to see you again in septembre and we promisse a better roadbook and much more MUD!
Ciao

Ooh, I feel a mud flap group buy thread coming on ...
Glad you enjoyed the trip, you did look a bit wee'd off with all that driving in circles. Better have that MAP sensor checked next time
(I know I'm gonna regret this one LOL)
But hey, revenge can be sweet and very soon: bring on the Ring !
Theo
PS: just to set the record straight: I didn't do didley this time on the organization front, it was all Jo en Geert who did the hard work. (Probably that's why the maps were so crap
)

about getting lost: (source:HOOT)
A simple traffic diversion turned a day out into an 150-hour ordeal for an elderly Belgium couple.
The pair were eventually found after going missing for six days when they got caught up in traffic diversions.
They set out to visit a beauty spot 50 miles from their home but they crossed the border into Germany and travelled hundreds of miles completely lost.
The pair could not understand the German signposts and survived on tiny food rations for 150 hours.
After becoming confused by a series of diversions, however, they ended up driving through Germany and found they could not make themselves understood. They were finally found by police after suffering engine problems on a motorway in Stuttgart...
Greetings from Belgium!
