It ashames me to admitt it, but I have no sympathy for the kids in that car.
If they'd been caught before the crash, and got their hands slapped for being "naughty", next time it could have been my family the'd crashed into and killed.
Until the courts hand out harsher penalties, this type of needless death will not stop. Tony Blair and politicians in general are at fault, and the do-gooders with their human rights of course!!!

Please dont forget that the car hit a cyclist before crashing so given that there would hardly be anyone around at that time of night they must have been trying hard to be "anti social"
