Strangely, I find the helicopters easier to fly than the planes!!

 

I find you have to be very smooth and only make small movements to control the chopper. I don't have a joystick so i just use my mouse and keyboard..

Usually i jump on a minigun and waste everyone whilst Ace Rimmer is at the controls getting kill assists, lol!

 

want to join a clan please, had the demo for 2 months just got the full game.

Anyone got a server IP for me? and is it just regular BF2 of special forces? i only have BF2

 

'Vanilla' BF2 as DrEvil says, and the server IP is 85.236.101.15:16768 (taken from the first page of this thread) I might be on myself later on to see if the xmas excesses have knackered my reactions !

Good Games last night - enjoyed them immensely!

Only problem with me been up at 6.30 in a morning i have to crash out by 11.30pm at the latest

I'll be back ..with a new XT850X instead of this 9700Pro aswell, fingers crossed!

 

Did enjoy last night - got 80+ points as commander last night in one round

I'm on early starts this week - to say I had 'red-eye' this morning is an understatement!

BF2 SF tomorrow night, sorry for those without the expansion.

 

Yep good game last night, first time I've played the 64 player version of Dragon Valley. Server kicked me off after Mashtuur had been on for a bit though, did anyone else have a similar problem ?

 

We'll keep an eye on 'some3' (i think that was his username) - spawn camping sniper on the aircraft carrier.... May he thought he was playing Iron Gator (BF2 SF map)

Afraid the server crashed last night part way through Mashtuur city, everyone got kicked it seems, including me - I'll make sure I restart the server every couple of days from now on - could be the reason.

So, anyone for SF tomorrow night?

Hoping to get back on tomorrow night, had the world's worst run of shifts, working Christmas and New Year. Feel like I've been shafted...

So to cheer myself up I've purchased myself a little gift. A nice new 7800GT and Asus A8N SLI Deluxe (thanks for the advice), so rather looking forward to tomorrow night. And girlfriend at work as well hopefully!

All I need to do now is fix the hal.dll corrupt message I get.
