Dear SN - I used pump number 4 this morning to fill up ..... I always use pump number 1 - do I need a re-map?
Answer:-
Dear Numptie - stop driving immediately, do not attempt to re-start the car without a re-map, it is well known that the standard map is 'confused' and detects the finest differences in the rubber molecules from the supply pipes on different pumps, the sensors adjust for these molecules and cause the big ends to go. The pistons will come through the side of the engine and take your suspension strut out.
Incidently, and amazingly, I have an offer on my re-mapping at the moment ... only £650+VAT ... no warranty I'm afraid, as I suspect that some damage may have been done to the engine already.
But, It has been known that my re-maps give 550BHP and return 50mpg ... it has been proven time and again in SN pixie and goblin land
