If i were doing it, i'd give extreme the list of those people who want one, then ask those people to contact extreme to arrange payment, which i'm guessing would be wanted up front....
it gets even more complicated if you try to handle the money, just let people pay extreme....

Any rough ideas on labour time, and a total cost, i.e gaskets?

My insurers want an extra £82 (up to 340bhp) to add it to my list of mods.

A scooby garage (non dealer!) should charge about £1300-£1500 to fit the block to your car.

Should be cheaper than that.

Labour to change head gaskets is about £700, an engine out job. Should'nt be much more than that. Hmm don't tempt me into this GB

If I were to buy one of these with a view to fitting it next year, are there any storage issues I should be aware of. Do's and don'ts as it were?

The ones ive seen at powerstaion, they come in a small wooden crate with the engine sealed. You could use it as a coffee table until you need to fit it

The thread seems to be stalling now. I make it 12 interested members. Maybe worth getting a price for that amount
